As of this morning, open dns is blocking access to our account on the createsend.com sub domain, calling it a phishing site. We're hoping the problem isn't wider, as we are about to send out a campaign - have to use a different PC with different DNS settings to do so.
Are you aware of this problem, and does it extend wider to links in emails?
We're having similar problems to darrendev - when trying to access our account we get a message containing the following information:
login.createsend.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is only valid for the following names:
*.opendns.com , opendns.com
(Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)
Having tested a link from an older campaign (which worked as expected), the problem seems to be localised to the secure server.
Issue appears to be resolved now.
Great thanks darrendev and other devs. I can confirm our access is now restored too.
Thank you team Campaign Monitor,
Hey t_j_malone, we did have an issue in which caused a block from OpenDNS. Apologies for any inconvenience caused whilst the block was in place.
We responded pretty swift but it took a while to filter back through to OpenDNS. As you've already seen, everything is now clear and all good to go.
We are looking at ways we can help minimise the impact of this type of situation in the future.
Thanks for your patience!
