I have a situation where we send to segments of a permission-based list of 150,000+ users on behalf of third-party businesses. I want to give the businesses(clients) individual access to their particular email reports but not the email addresses. Is it possible to show a custom field or the name field instead of the recipients email address in detailed reports.
It's not possible to modify the reports in Campaign Monitor. Just to be clear, the person who is the 'sender' of these emails has direct, explicit permission to contact these people?
Yes, we do have explicit permission from the recipients for a 'once-only' correspondence from pre-selected clients, but sent only through us. That's why we can't show clients the recipients' email addresses but we do want to show them the metrics. I see from testing, that 'Export Report' will show an over-all static snapshot view that can be passed-on but as there may be hundreds of clients and their campaigns involved we need a more automated, dynamic and/or self-servicing solution. Can you service custom solutions like this one?
Thanks for clarifying Dave. We don't do custom development with Campaign Monitor, so that functionality is not currently possible. We appreciate the feedback though.
