"Original transaction ID not found"

I'm getting this error at the "Pay for this campaign stage". New client, haven't billed the credit card before. Any ideas?

Hi Stig, my problem was resolved - or avoided - by deleting the client's CC from the account and just re-adding it. Then the campaign was billed OK.
