I've recently had a client using Lotus Notes web version, it does some very strange stuff, seemingly stripping perfectly standard HTML, has anyone else come across this relatively new, but still ludicrously primitive client?
Oh wow Redferret, I hate to say it, but this sounds like 'fun' ;) Unfortunately, I haven't had the pleasure of working with Lotus Notes webmail, although what you describe reminds me of earlier versions of Outlook Web Access.
As with OWA, my advice would be to keep it (very) simple - table layouts only, HTML attributes to style elements and use CSS for decorative purposes only.
Keen to see if anyone else has something to add!
