Im currently experiencing high amounts of traffic to a website which is resulting in a high amount of auto-responder emails that need to go out. The auto-responder is working but it has slowed down significantly.
Are you guys experiencing any issues or can you tell me how to speed the process up.
I've just had a look at the queues, and can't see any backlog at all in autoresponders. They're going out in the expected timeframe.
Could you maybe contact support with the details (what account, what autoresponder, why you think it's running slow, etc) and we'll look into it?
