I've just sent out a campaign and users have reported that the webversion returns a 404 error. Upon checking, all custom links also return a 404 error. The only link that works is Forward to a Friend.
This has never happened before in my previous campaigns.
Is there a bug?
If you're using a custom domain and the links in your email aren't working, the most common reason for this is that the CNAME record you set up for this custom domain has been removed from your DNS configurations.
You can check that by going to MXToolBox and entering cname:domain.com
If the CNAME record is indeed missing, you can add it back (with the value "cname.createsend.com") to fix the broken links.
