The "view online version" link on my email doesn't go to the online version url instead it goes to another link on the that's used on the email in Outlook (which is in fact the web address of the company that it's sent from. On every other mail client this link goes to the correct address. All I would add is that the online version is currently on a different site to that of the company that is sending it. Could this be the cause of the problem?
That's certainly odd! Just to confirm, is this a preview or a sent campaign? If it's happening in a preview, could you make sure you're only testing the most recent version of the draft?
If the content has been changed at all since a preview was sent, the tracking links can often get rearranged in our database, causing links in older previews to redirect to the wrong place.
