In the same way that there's a way to generate a script that displays a list of links to sent campaigns ("Create newsletter archive") is there any way to embed a specific sent campaign (i.e. the actual email itself) into a web page?
The kind of end situation I'm looking for is to, say, use the existing 'create archive' script to display a list of links in one div (side bar) and another script that displays a particular newsletter in another div (main page content).
Is this something that would need API usage?
Hi acidproductUK, you could likely pull something like this off using iframes, but yes, you would have to do at least a little scripting to ensure the selected newsletter displays in the iframe as desired and most likely, use the API to pull the URLs for say, the last 5 sent campaigns. I haven't tested this personally, sorry.
The easier thing to do may be to host your HTML email online somewhere and link to the individual pages. You'll have to update your list of campaigns manually, but they'll be less coding to do in the short term. Let us know how you go :)
