I'm an admin of multiple client Facebook pages; when I try and add the Campaign Monitor app to Client B's Facebook page, the app asks me which of Client A's subscriber lists to use. Obviously that's not a good thing. Is the app hard-coded to use the details of the first client under whom I installed the app?
Hi shg, if you're using your designer credentials in the Facebook apps, you should be able to to go back and select Client B > Client B's lists (assuming Client A and B are both in the same Campaign Monitor account). If this isn't the case, by all means get in touch and we'll take a look.
Please note that the Facebook app hasn't been designed to be used with multiple logins, however this is something we're keen to look at addressing at some point. We suggest using both the white-label and branded apps when using multiple logins.
Thanks shg - hopefully we can help out with this one!
