Hi everyone. My 2 friends are using Campaign Monitor. 1 of them left using their service saying that the service is not good and the other is still using Campaign Monitor saying that Campaign Monitor are the best service providers ever. I can,t explain why my friend,s behavior is good or bad towards the service because i hate writing and this pot will end up in 500 to 1000 words. In short i need some motivation and advice about Campaign Monitor. Wether to use their service or not. Consider me as your friend and be true.
Hi janiman, whether or not Campaign Monitor is a good fit for you entirely depends on what you require from email marketing software. Generally, the only way to work out if we, or any other service is a good fit is to identify what you need (eg. good customer service, autoresponders), then try an account for yourself and see if it meets your expectations.
Our customers come from a great diversity of industries and backgrounds - all have different motivations for using our software, as well as things they like and don't like about it. Of course, if there's something you feel we could do to be a better fit for you, don't hesitate to let us know :)

We've been using CM for over a year. Since signing up, they've continued to make significant improvements - that I love. Above all, the support guys really are awesome. I've actually found myself thinking about sending them cupcakes before because they're THAT great. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
Above all, it just works. It's so simple and intuitive to use - to me - it can't be beaten.
