Is there any way to see the history of changes made to a sent campaign - not anything as advanced as version control, but time/date stamps? I have a client that swears they made a bunch of changes to their campaign (that weren't included) a few hours before it was sent out.
I'd usually pretty quick to chalk this up to human error, but the question remains - how could we investigate and prove this?

Hi dmcphee, while we don't have version control per se, we do keep some internal logs that record account activity. If you can provide us with specific details as to the account, client and changes made (including dates/times), we can potentially look into this for you. At the very least, I figure should be able to tell you when the client logged into their account.

Yes - all changes are instantly applied, so you can edit a campaign until the time it's scheduled to send.
As we haven't had any issues like this reported internally, I suspect human error may have been a factor. That said, we can change links and webversion content, so if you'd like to see this done, please let us know.
