Process to go through with subscriber if email is bouncing

Hi, sorry if this has been covered elsewhere,

I have subscribers who occasionally can't recieve emails, in this instance the email is showing as 'bounced'

They've added our domains to their safe senders and it's not going into junk or anything like that,

What process can I go through with them so that they can recieve our subscriptions?

Hi Nick, if you've found that you're getting an unusual number of bounces, especially from a particular domain, it may be something that we can help out with on our end. Feel free to get in touch with client/campaign details and we'll happily take a look.

That said, bounces are generally an everyday part of email sending. But if in doubt, pop us a message and we'll do our best to get to the bottom of this.
