Webhook not triggered when emtpying a field

Dear Gents,

Why is Webhook not triggered if I remove the content of a Custom Field? It should be triggered with parameter "Type": "Update" and the Custom Field as empty.

Thank you,

Hi there Albert, I suspect the issue here is that the custom field is not being updated with the blank value, as you've intended. At present, importing a subscriber list with a blank custom field does not erase existing values, but should leave them as-is.

If you add some data to the custom field, it should update successfully and the webhook should trigger.

Thanks Albert - we're happy to add a vote for clearing/deleting the content of custom fields via the API, if that's your intent. Let us know too if there's anything we can clarify here :)

Dear Ros, I have a webhook activated on a list. From Campaign Monitor website, I access the list and then select a subscriber to see his details, then I and remove the content of a Custom Field. The webhook is not triggered.

It looks like we've got a bug there. I've logged a bug report and it should be fixed shortly. We'll get back to you when it has been fixed.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience!
