Feature request: address clean-up on import

I love CM's e-mail address clean-up on import function.  I would love it even more if there was a simple "uncheck all" checkbox button.  That way, when I import a list of leads I don't have to spend time un-checking all the blanks.

Another great option would be a case-converter for text fields.  Some of our leads are all in caps and it would be wonderful if CM could convert "JOHN A. MCDONALD" to "John A. McDonald" for me.

Small things, I know, but it's the small things that really set CM apart.

Thanks for the suggestions Alex, we can certainly see how they would be useful additions to Campaign Monitor

Hey Alex,

Just an FYI on the case conversion. If you're using Excel there is a formula you can use to automatically clean up the case for you (capitalizing the first letter of each word). It's not perfect (McDonald wouldn't come through correctly), but it's a help.

I do have a set of excel scripts to do this right now--they even attempt to correct McDonald, etc.  My lists often come from mysql, access and even word so I was just hoping to save the step.  Thanks for the tip, though!

Nice Alex, would you care to share some of these scripts with everyone else? We do have some plans on this front, but in the mean time that might save a few headaches.
