I have discovered an issue on Galaxy S3 when used in conjunction with Microsoft Exchange. It seems that any @media queries and certain webkit CSS properties are removed from the code before it is delivered to the inbox.
Sending the same email through the same exchange server to an iPhone does not yield the same issue. Sending it to the same Galaxy S 3 device without exchange works as well. It seems to be an issue only with the combination of Exchange and the Galaxy S 3.
I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar issue or has any idea how to fix?
Hi jsakas, you're not alone here - we've had another customer report the same issues with Android & Exchange. As it's an issue on Exchange's side, there isn't really much you can do, except potentially discuss this with whoever is administering your mail server. If we do find out more, we'll be sure to update this thread - and we'd love if you can do likewise!
