I have a client that is set up to buy their own credits. The support docs seem to indicate that clients need to pay per campaign, or pay as they go. But somehow they were still able to buy $32 worth in credits and store them. Now they can't seem to use them.
Based on the number of emails in their list, the usual amount they pay each time is around $37. Could this have something to do with it?
Hi there imperialchampaign, you're on the money here. When clients can purchase credits, they have the option of either paying for campaigns by credit card, or credits, but only if they have enough credits to cover the cost of the send.
In situations where they don't have enough credits to cover the send, they won't be able to pay using this method. We recommend your client buy a few more credits so they can use them for their next send, keeping in mind that we offer savings when buying in bulk.
