My client has their email on the list they use for their campaign. They wish to receive their own email back. They are using this same email address as the sender of the campaign. Their email address is ending up in the Bounced list.
Is their a problem with the client wanting to be on their own list so they can receive a copy of their own campaign email when it gets sent? They are using a Yahoo email address and haven't been able to find a copy of the email in their spam folder.
Hi again imperialchampaign, there's a good chance that this delivery issue may be the cause - if they try sending to an email address outside of their own domain, they will likely have much better luck.
Also, it may be worth checking that they haven't been added to their account's suppression list, as this will happen after multiple soft bounces.
