[Solved] Notifications in Outlook - cannot download images

please help me.

When i receive notifications about "campaign has been sent" and/or about "new subscribers", Outlook 2007 cannot download images even all settings seems to be OK - both senders (support@campaignmonitor.com and info@createsend.com) are in safe senders list, address https://img.createsend1.com is in Trusted zone etc. I do not completelly off block download external images in Security center and I have all options on here. When i open any of these notification messages from Outlook in browser (Internet Explorer is default) all images are downloaded and displayed. Only in Outlook I see image placeholders with red "x".

Thank you.

HI dedra, it seems this is something very specific to your copy of Outlook 2007. My initial advice would be to ensure that you've checked "Automatic Download" in Tools > Trust Center. Also, clear the Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items check box - here are Microsoft's instructions.

If that still doesn't work and images in our system emails continue to be blocked, get in touch with our team, preferably with a screenshot. That said, it might be a tricky one to debug, as we haven't had any other reports like this, admittedly!

Hi Rosanne,

your advices does not work, but now I have fixed this.

Problem occurs, when external (linked) images hosted on secure server (https protocol) and in Internet Explorer (not in Outlook and regardless of the version) an "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" option is set to true. It does not matter if this option is set directly in Internet Explorer Options or is set via Group Policy (in domain environment). After this option is set to false (allways save encrypted pages to disk), all these images downloaded and displayed correctly.

Thank You and maybe this fix help others
