Inbox preview costs

I didn't find anything explaining what exactly the parameters of the $5 inbox preview fee gets me; my apologies if I managed to miss it somehow.

So if I've created a campaign and am ready to test, does that $5 allow me to run multiple tests? Is there a limited amount of time in which I can run it?

Generally I use Litmus and need upwards of 5 to 10 tests over the course of a few hours to a few days since there just aren't platforms I have access to but like to test or merely convenience. The problem is that Litmus is quite expensive for the frequency in which I use it.

Thanks for any clarification.

Hi there Joshua, happy to clarify here - the $5 fee allows you to run a single test (with no retests), which is a bit different from how Litmus charges. However, if you're on one of our Unlimited plans, design and spam testing is totally free. If you're regularly running tests, the unlimited plans could be a competitive choice.

Note that Litmus powers our D&S tests, so you will find that the results and level of service are near-identical. Being transparent about this, as you'll likely notice the similarities, anyway :)

Thanks for the info, and again, apologies for no doubt missing a clearly marked explanation. ;)

Haha, it was a totally valid question - I think we may have explained it better in the app itself, but there's definitely some information missing here. We'll see what we can do about this ;)
