Verification mail marked as spam in Hotmail/Live

Hi,

We're using the double opt-in feature, so after users sign up for our newsletter, we send a verification-message. However, for some reasons, the verification-message is blocked by Hotmail/Outlook.com. I have no idea how this is possible. Any ideas how to prevent this?

Hi Paul, that is very strange indeed! Could you kindly contact our team with details, including the Outlook.com email address that blocked the email? We can check the mail logs on our end and let you know what happened here. Sorry for the trouble!
