Unable to pay for campaign

Hello,

I'm trying to pay for a campaign to be sent immediately but I keep getting an error message at step 4.3:

The following errors prohibited Step 4.3 from being completed
While trying to check your credit card the following error was returned:
  The bank had a problem processing your payment details, please try again.
Please fix these problems and press the 'Next' button to continue.

I've contacted my bank and there is no problems with my credit card info.  Is there a system error at CM?

Hello, I'm experiencing the same error. Checked with my bank. No problem with my credit cards. This seems to be system wide.

I am having the exact same problem.  I have called my bank, my cards are all in perfect standing.  I have tried multiple cards as well.  All with this error:

Sorry! It looks like our payment gateway is experiencing some issues right now. You should be able to purchase credits to send your campaign with though.

Great! Credits purchases use a different gateway, so they should be fine. We're looking into the issue with the other gateway now.

I'm having the same issue, and now Credits Purchases aren't working either! I am not happy and hope this is resolved soon.

While purchasing credits:

I can't purchase credits or Send w/ my existing credit card info.  I tried 6 company and personal credit cards here in the states.  Is the system down?

We're actively working on getting everything back up and running. Hopefully it should be soon. So sorry about all this hassle!

I can't process ANY payments either, and I tried 5 different credit cards. Can't do spam test, purchase credits, or pay for campaign.  I called all credit card banks and there is nothing wrong with the card. I believe this is a CM error.

Redmango, it is indeed an issue on our end. We're working as quickly as possible to resolve it.
