People using AOL and wanting to subscribe to our network (using a double-opt in subscription) are not able to click the link in the confirmation email and cannot subscribe to the list.
We have had a few complaints - ALL of which seem to be from AOL people with AOL addresses.
Hey Mark. Thanks for the heads up about this, I can confirm we're not experiencing any delivery issues to AOL for regular campaigns, and no other customers have been having AOL specific problems with AOL for their double opt-in confirmation emails.
Fire the details about this list in question to support (at) campaignmonitor.com and we'll have a look at your confirmation message content and check a few other things to get to the bottom of this one for you.
