Is there a way to see which recipients were not imported and what was the reason?
We receive a new import file every week from our customer. It happens that not all recipients are imported. It is very time consuming then to find out which and what might be the reason.
We don't show specific details except in the case where the email address is clearly invalid.
Other reasons people are not imported:
* They are already on the list
* They have previously unsubscribed, hard bounced, or been manually deleted from that list or
* Are on the suppression list for unsubscribing / bouncing from another list for that client
* They have signed up but not completed double opt-in
