I have a recurring RSS campaign. I need to implement a custom tag into the <rssitemlink> to append a personalised tag onto the URL.
For example, if the URL in the RSS is http://www.something.com/page/ I need this to be http://firstname.lastname@example.org where the email address is inserted via personalisation from the subscriber database.
Is this possible? If so, how would I change the <rssitemlink> tag in the template?
Unfortunately, you can't do that with the <rssitemlink> tag at this time, as it's designed to output a fully formed <a href="..> tag. I've gone ahead and added a feature request for you in our system and we'll get in touch if it's something we develop in the future.
OK, thanks David.
+1 from me for this feature too
Any word on whether it is likely to be developed soon?
