A client has a magento shop and CM a/c through us. They want to be able to target messages based on customer spend. E.G. if they send out an email campaign to their list, they'll want to follow it up with a campaign that is sent to everyone that didn't buy so that they get a voucher encouraging them to buy.
Is that possible?
It would be possible to create a segment in CM based on the customer spend information and identify only those subscribers that didn't purchase. You may be able to send that information from Magento to a CM custom field automatically using the API.
