From / Reply-to addresses changed to name=domain.com@cmail1.com

A client of mine has reported their from address being changed from name@domain.com to name=domain.com@cmail1.com when they send their campaigns, they think this has stopped replies from working.

It seems to me to be a tracking feature, but I can't find anything about it, and when I send the emails to myself the addresses don't change.

Could someone please explain why the address is changed, and why it only seems to happen sometimes?
