Previously, in Manage Client Name > Email Authentication Settings > Authenticate a new domain I had 2 fields: Sender ID & DKIM.
Sender ID was a TXT record to add, like "v=spf1 a mx include:cmail1.com ?all".
Is it correct that we only have a record for the DKIM to insert in DNS (I haven't seen any announcement for it).
Do we maintain the existing SPF records?
Thx in advance for your answer.
Hello there Nico,
Thanks for getting in touch with us today!
It might be easier to explain using examples from your account - would you mind writing into email@example.com and letting us know where your account is located (ie, something.createsend.com)?
For reference, SPF records are automatically set up for all clients in the Campaign Monitor DNS. If you already have your own SPF record, just add include:cmail1.com to it.
You can read more about this here: http://help.campaignmonitor.com/topic.aspx?t=100
Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions - we are happy to help.
