Hi, is there a way to get File Import Report details for previous bulk uploads of subscriber lists? I'm a new user of Campaign Monitor, and there have been some large email list uploads for our account in the last year. I've seen a dialogue box in the Lists & Subscribers section to show a large number of failed upload addresses, with some sample records showing incomplete email addresses - but I can't work out how to get back to this! I'd really like to summarise these uploads and look at record failure rates and reasons why.
Thanks for writing in. You can only access the import reports for a couple of weeks after importing the list. However, if you'd like to login to your account and create a support ticket, we can retrieve the info for you. Just be sure to include your login URL, client name, and list name in the inquiry.
