I have a custom email template and I have it online for review but the problem I am having is the text for some reason just enlarges itself or doesn't read the font size I have for the inline styles.
The page validates using HTML 4.01 Transitional and UTF-8 character encoding. I am just stumped as to what the font size are not set correctly.
Do you mean the size in the browser (which browser?) or the size when you send it as an email (in which case, which email client)?
I'm sorry, I should have been more clear.
The link I gave shows exactly what I am looking for but when I use it for an email template and send an email, the text size are not using the inline styles I have supplied thus making the text larger than it should be.
Thanks - can you be more specific about which email client you are testing in and seeing this problem, and which text is showing in the wrong size?
Perhaps a screenshot would help
All the text are wrong or not the right size and yet the color are correct. You can see a few other minor problems. At one time, it all worked just fine but I just cannot see what I might have done to cause the text to not render correctly. This has happened before where the text was off then later I did something to correct it but it's not related to anything to do with text. And now here again I cannot figure out what the cause is.
This occurs on any and all email clients.
If anyone has taken some time to trouble shoot this, please forgive me but the problem lies in me importing the html file into Outlook as a stationary which I now know is not a good way to test the template. The proper way is to copy the finished html template into the Outlook's /Stationary/ folder and then test. Don't use Outlook stationary to import the html.
