"Bulletproof email button" problem

We've been using your bullet proof email buttons (great help), but we've just uncovered an issue in Outlook in certain devices (both 2010 and 2013).

The button shows fine on my desktop and laptop device, but on a tablet and another laptop, the width of the button is not honored by Outlook.

      <td align="center" valign="middle" bgcolor="white" style="color: #575656; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 9pt; width: 620px; padding-bottom:25px; padding-top: 25px;"><div><!--[if mso]>

style="background-color:#AB218E;border-radius:18px;color:#ffffff;display:block;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:13px;font-weight:bold;line-height:36px;text-align:center;text-decoration:none;width:280px;-webkit-text-size-adjust:none;">View our full 2015 course program</a>

This is how it appears normally in various versions of outlook:

But this is how problematic machines are rendering it (both in Outlook 2010 and 2013) with the last part of the text missing, and the general width of the button being much shorter , though the latter can't be seen in the screenshot:

I would be most grateful if someone could help with this.

Hey there,
It looks like you are suffering from the DPI scaling issue.
Causes and fixes here :) :

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it hasn't made any difference. :(

Hmm... Are all of your font declarations surrounding the button exactly the same?
Including the VML
