Email Tracking Clicks and Opens

Hello I need help with the tracking email activity! I am using campaign monitor and SFDC to track our email campaign activity. I have set those who have clicked on the links in our emails to show as "Clicked." Clicked is set to equal "responded" and is tracked in "Total Responses." I have set those who open our emails as "Opened."

The Problem: When someone opens the email and clicks, it is being tracked as an "Opened" instead of a "Clicked" and is not showing up in our "Total Responses."

Is there a way to label emails with both opens and clicks to show as  "Clicked" instead of "Opened?" Then they would correctly show in the "Total Responses" field.
