We create a lot of segment based auto-responders for various marketing campaigns, typically a one off email, but potentially a series. (like receiving a link to access a bonus, or get notifications of a new product)
The problem is that ARs don't trigger if the user is already on the list.
I've been told that we can get around that if we submit the (re)subscription via API (rather than via a webform) and include "Resubscribe = True" and "RestartSubscriptionBasedAutoresponders = True"
Q: Does this only trigger ARs that the user hasn't received? i.e. only the AR for the segment they just got added to and not ALL ARs associated with that list that they have already received?
