Sender ID failure on 123-Reg

Has anyone successfully added the Sender ID TXT on www.123-reg.co.uk?

I've tried 3 times now but only the SPF and Domainkey have succeeded in being accepted.

Is the Sender ID essential for CM to work???

Thanks in advance.

It's not essential, you can certainly send without it. At the moment your emails won't be rejected for not having SenderID, but they may go through extra filtering.

We don't have direct experience with 1-2-3-reg but perhaps others have.

Thanks Mathew,

I've sent a request to 123 to see if I can get a solution. If I get anything I'll post it up here for others to use.

I got my domains working with 123-reg :-)

Simply add the key title as instructed without your domain on the end (cm._domainkey), and add the Sender ID as the @ symbol rather than yourdomain.com. as it tells you to.

Hope this helps
