Guest Blogging

Guest blogging is used by both bloggers and companies to gain access to larger audiences by writing posts for another site or business. Bloggers may seek out guest bloggers that have a large following in an attempt to gain access to their audience. Conversely, companies may offer guest blogging services to blog owners in order to share information about a new product or service that covers a topic relevant to their blog readership. It is important to strike a balance when it comes to guest blogging. If a blog has nothing but guest posts, it can look as if the blog is nothing more than a link farm, which can result in penalizations by Google.
