User Generated Content (UGC)

User generated content, also referred to as UGC is any form of content generated by consumers for a brand. This form of content can cover anything from product review videos, blog posts or even posts to online discussion groups. User generated content helps online visitors learn about your business and expose them to how your business, product or service can help them in their day-to-day lives. This form of word-of-mouth information can help move potential customers through the sales funnel because user-generated content is often considered more authentic and trustworthy than company-generated marketing.
