Ros Hodgekiss Customer Success Programs Manager, Campaign Monitor Ros serves as the Customer Success Programs Manager at Campaign Monitor, assisting some of its largest clients. She works hand-in-hand with these businesses to understand their needs and help them achieve their marketing goals. She assists with onboarding and ongoing support, as well as growing the customer success program overall - focusing on developing scalable growth, training and feedback programs.
