When do I have to pay?

You'll only have to pay when you start sending larger campaigns. Campaign Monitor is 100% free to use for small campaigns of 5 or less recipients. This means you can sign up for an account and kick the tyres for a while with no obligation to become a paying customer.

Will my account need to be approved?

It sure will. To make sure our software is never abused, all new accounts need to approved by our team before they can send a larger campaign. You may hear from us once you start setting campaigns up.
