As the co-founder of Campaign Monitor along with Ben, Dave leads our growing design team and is responsible for making sure our software is always a pleasure to use.

Combining his development skills with Dave’s design, Ben is the brains behind the technology and reliability of Campaign Monitor. His competitiveness is legendary, to the point of coming in to the office while on holidays to defend his ping pong ranking.

UI Designer and Jedi Master, Adham brings his design expertise along with some epic trance beats to the design team. When he's not pushing pixels you'll find him in the gym or causing a ruckus on the soccer field.

Alongside Pete, Adrian is the part of the testing trio that keeps Campaign Monitor running smoothly. Known to be lethal opponent when armed with a tennis racquet, Adrian applies a no-holds-barred approach to both smashing points on court and bugs in the app.

When he's not marshalling our finances Anthony is out surfing, skating or cycling (if there's ever Xtreme-Accounting Games, you'll see him on the podium). Never accept his challenge of a race to decide if your expenses will get repaid; you can't afford it.

Balthazar shares his customer service skills as part of our compliance team and is currently battling with Stig for the coveted Campaign Monitor "best name" trophy. Outside of work "BZ" exercises his passion for photography.

Designer, tea drinker and renaissance man, Buzz sure keeps himself busy. Not only does he add a certain flair and polish to Campaign Monitor, but after-hours, he also runs Prevue, a concept app for designers. When not taming pixels, Buzz can be found running with the spirit of the wind across Bondi Beach.

Heading up our operations team is Cameron, who won over the team by somehow reconciling good looks and a love of the great outdoors with life as a hardcore Unix coder. Despite this, Cameron is not only a real person, but he also does a great job of keeping Campaign Monitor live on the air.

Making the transition from a successful Campaign Monitor customer to a new team member, Carissa has a unique and helpful perspective when dealing with our customers. No matter how hot it gets in Arizona, Carissa keeps her cool.

It was only two days in to her role that Carlee revealed her one-time crush on "the usability Pope" Jakob Nielsen. Fortunately by then she'd already impressed us with her ability to clearly explain software and technology, just like she'll impress you and your clients.

It has been suggested that Chris has access to a time machine which he has used to accomplish so many things in such a short time, including founding Fusion Ads and IdeaCafe, raising a house full of children and taking a role in our busy support team. As of publishing, no time machine has been found.

If you ever visit us you can't help spotting Claire bounding through the office like Tigger. Apart from being our resident chef and barista, Claire has been an au pair in Paris and recently hiked to the Everest base camp. We don't know where she gets her energy, but we calculate she could power all our servers for two days in an emergency.

Davida is based outside of Portland, Oregon, and helps designers get the best out of Campaign Monitor in a consistently friendly way. In her spare time Davida (that’s with an ‘a’, not David!) creates some fantastic art from glass, which you can see on her Innagadda Glass site.

Based in the US, Diana was our first international team member, and has built up quite a customer fan base through her fast and comprehensive help. Some say she is able to answer questions even before they are actually asked. The truth is out there.

Joining our marvellously multi-accented support team is Fionnuala, who lives an idyllic life amidst Ireland's lush cattle pastures. Far from the shy country type, Fi's ability to out-party pretty much everyone on the team guarantees that where she goes, good craic follows.

Greg brings a ton of technical experience to his role in the support team, thanks to years of setting up and maintaining mail servers. Add to that his email marketing knowledge, and guitar skills, and Greg’s what we like to call ‘the complete package’.

Hailing from Liverpool, Heather brings a wealth of both customer service experience and delicious British sweets to the team. Legends speak of her childhood karaoke techniques, sadly from the pre-YouTube era.

From the TRS-80 to the Raspberry Pi via the Informatics Olympiad, Ivan brings all the development experience we could ask for. If he's not at his desk, check the garage where you could find him machining new parts for one of his many projects.

Providing quality support from outside of Portland, JD is the third of our US based support team. A mechanics background makes him significantly more practically helpful offline than most of us and he’s definitely the only support team member you would trust to fix your car.

As Freshview’s very first employee and lead developer, Jason knows everything there is to know about the insides of Campaign Monitor. Outside of the office you’ll find Jason watching American football or playing a round of Big Buck Hunter at his local bar.

Karen runs the Campaign Monitor office: Keeping the Campaign Monitor books, making sure the office is stocked up with food and of course making sure designers get their markup payments each month. She’s also the driving force behind our “Friday Fun” events.

When she's not covering incredible distances as a triathlete, or tackling trail-running events, Karen is our team's Canadian support superwoman. With a background as a freelance designer, she effortlessly takes even the toughest support tickets in her stride.

Coming to us from work in education and health informatics and even robot soccer, Ken provides a range of development skills. Rumors persist that he is also a ninja, but there is no hard evidence to be found.

Another of our Portland crew, Kimberly was a long time customer before joining the compliance team. Thanks to a previous role, her knowledge of Campaign Monitor is exceeded only by her knowledge of toilet industry secrets.

Moving recently from managing big projects to managing enormous amounts of data, Lance's database skills are put to great use on all your lists and campaigns. Thanks to prior corporate presentation training, Lance can even lay claim to being a NIDA graduate!

Egging on our obsession with sport is Mark, who’s determination to be awesome at everything from snowboarding to ultimate frisbee is matched squarely by his ability to cut darn fine code. Mark’s preferred attire of mountaineering gear matched with sensible sweaters lends a gentlemanly essentia to the team.

When you need your network running like clockwork, you need Mark on your team. You also need Mark when you want to know the name of the 19th Phantom, how to brew your own beer or what vegetables grow best in containers.

Coming from a web design background, Mat is well positioned to help designers get the most out of Campaign Monitor, and make sure it meets their needs. With only one ‘t’ in Mathew, he is also well positioned in vanity search results.

Elbows-deep in pixels and code from Day 1, Matt has contributed considerably to the look and feel of the Campaign Monitor UI. If a rather staggering background in psychology and love of purposeful design wasn’t enough, simply peek at his application to understand why we invited him on board in a snap.

When it comes to old-school gaming, Mattt is in a league of his own. When not coding, he's usually giving one of our team 'an education' in a game featuring cards or dice. Even when you're getting beat, Mattt is lots of fun to be around.

Pete first joined the team as an intern, working on Campaign Monitor as well as on our ping pong ranking system. Now full time, Pete works alongside Adrian in the QA team. Pete is also inventor of “The Bartlett Technique”, an unstoppable one handed hamburger grip.

Phil’s development work prior to joining Campaign Monitor involved large and dangerous industrial machinery, something rarely used in the sending of email campaigns. Phil also brings his wide general knowledge to every conceivable lunch time topic.

With a career extending from his family dairy in Indonesia via studies in Sydney, into IT and now onto our QA team, Reynaldi brings broad skills to Campaign Monitor. He's also a gamer with a serious keyboard to prove it. Just don't call him Ronaldo!

Though he comes from Scotland's surfing capital, Richard prefers indoor climbing and astronomy these days. With multiple patents to his name, Richard brings a wealth of experience to his role as our deliverability engineer, helping your emails find their way to the inbox.

If you’ve read our blog, newsletter or @campaignmonitor tweets you’ll know Ros’ name well. She’s a one-woman social whirlwind, keeping customers up to date with everything new and interesting about email and Campaign Monitor. A hipster at heart, Ros listens to bands that don’t even exist yet.

If anyone on the team can list every pub worth visiting in Sydney, it's Ross. As a champion of both the work and play sides of Campaign Monitor life, he can always be counted on to field support enquiries with success, especially after killing it at karaoke the night before.

The reasons why we love Sarah on our support team go more than skin deep. As a designer and longtime customer, she brings experience and enthusiasm, not to mention tub-loads of cheeriness to all she does. But after hours, it's her lush Haven & Hill bath and body products that have us feeling fabulous!

A 'take no prisoners' approach to both life and work is what Shenny is famous for around the Campaign Monitor digs. Known for rockin' the code as skillfully as she rocks the mic at karaoke, you can count on her to keep things chipper... Unless you're up against her fearsome netball team!

Stephen brought many skills to the team when he joined, including long experience in designing HTML emails and websites in Australia, the US and the UK, but it is his skill on the table tennis table that has fired up the rest of the team to lift their games.

Unlike his namesake; Stig is an excellent communicator who we first found helping out in our forums. When not providing super useful support answers Stig builds handy tools for our team and customers to make their lives easier.

Entrepreneur, RnB queen and all-round fun gal, Tash is one of the brighter sparks on the Sydney support team. We're still trying to convince her to run the candy buffet business she co-founded out of the office, but until then, I'm sure we can make do with her super-sweet personality!

Nobody knows much about this guy... a mysterious man spoken of only in legend. Some say he studied under the Dalai Lama, others say he can speak to animals. But all we know is that Terry is a man, who at this current moment is the oldest he's ever been

Tim loves to travel, web design, eating and a certain Korean style, but most of all he loves the cold. He theorises that the cool prevents his giant brain from overheating.

Toby started at Campaign Monitor as an intern, but soon made himself an integral part of our development team and has contributed to many of the biggest updates Campaign Monitor has seen. Just don’t mention “Pinky and the Brain” to him ever again.
