No - Our pricing tiers are based on the number of active contacts that you have in your CM Commerce account.
On the Starter plan, there is a limit with regards to the number of emails you can send in any billing cycle. If you would prefer unlimited email sending, then the Growth or Professional plans are a better option for you.
If your number of active contacts exceeds the upper limit of your current tier, we’ll bump you to the next tier and prorate the cost for the remaining days in that billing cycle. We'll never prevent your emails from being sent out, even if you're currently exceeding your plan limits.
If you’re on the Starter plan and you are exceeding email sending limits, we’ll email you to upgrade you to a plan that better meets your needs.
We calculate this based on the total number of unique email addresses that are subscribed to any of your current lists or email types (i.e. workflows or abandoned cart emails). When a subscriber is unsubscribed, the number of active contacts will be reduced.
Once your free trial runs out, you will automatically get charged according to your tier, unless you cancel manually
In this case, you’ll lose access to some features / tools in CM Commerce (primarily related to product reviews / social proof). We’ll keep your existing data stored, but will deactivate any workflow or campaign, as well as on-site widgets, that is currently using product reviews or social proof.
A payment for the monthly service is only refundable if the account is cancelled within 48 hours of the payment.
A payment for the annual service is only refundable if the account is cancelled within 30 days of payment.
Please note that the user is responsible for cancelling their account by contacting our support team, and that lack of use of CM Commerce does not cause an automatic cancellation, nor does it constitute a refund.
If you send above your limits or your subscriber list grows, we’ll notify you and you'll have an option to upgrade or pay for the additional emails.
Absolutely. You can switch between our monthly basic, monthly unlimited, or pay-as-you-go plans at any point without penalty.
While most of our customers sign up for monthly plans, we do offer an annual plan. For more details feel free to contact our sales team.
It’s free to set up an account and create a campaign. But to send to more than 5 subscribers, you’ll need to choose a plan.
