Support Specialist

We're looking for a smart, empathetic and helpful person to join our Sydney team as the newest Campaign Monitor support team member. Campaign Monitor is dedicated to giving our customers fast, helpful and friendly answers to any questions they have about our software and how it can help them build their business.

Being part of our support team means answering any questions a customer might have in the course of investigating Campaign Monitor or sending email campaigns. They might need help getting their list imported, have a question about permission or just can't get that email to work in Outlook 2010. That's where you come in.

Some basic HTML and CSS knowledge will come in handy to get the job done, but being able to communicate clearly and effectively is critical. Most of all, we're looking for someone who loves to help.

As well as helping our customers get the most out of our software, you'll have the chance to influence where we take Campaign Monitor. Our support team is crucial for listening to what our customers need, and passing that back to our engineers to make sure it happens.

Here's a quick list of what we're looking for:

• You're nice, people like you, you like people
• Great communication skills, written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• An understanding of what makes for great customer service

We can teach you about our software, email design, and email marketing but we can't teach empathy. You'll need to bring that with you. Special note: Our ideal candidate would be happy to work a Wednesday to Sunday week. Weekends are much quieter but Campaign Monitor never sleeps and customers who get a reply on the weekend will love us forever.

Senior .NET Developer

We're hunting for an experienced Software Developer to develop feature functionality for Campaign Monitor—an ASP.NET MVC application written in C# (also HTML, CSS, AJAX and Javascript.)

You will work with a team of very passionate developers that implement the most modern and progressive web and software development practices. We're an agile shop that embraces iterative development, test automation and frequent releases, so all team members influence the direction of the product.

Requirements

• A very high degree of intellectual curiosity. We’re inventing as we go along. We need people who constantly think about changing the world to be a better place and have the ambition to do it.
• Passion for programming and making awesome software
• Experience with C#, HTML and JavaScript (ASP.NET MVC experience is preferred)
• Experience with test-driven, agile development and a daily build environment.
• Experience with agile development practices.
