Keyword Frequency

Keyword frequency is how often a keyword or keyword phrase appears on a webpage or in a piece of content. It is important to limit how many times a keyword or phrase appears on a webpage in order to avoid the potential of appearing as spam or getting flagged in Google for ‘keyword stuffing.’ The optimal keyword frequency is regularly debated among online marketing professionals. Regardless, natural readability is the most important component of SEO when it comes to Google SERPs (search engine result pages).
