Transactional Email

A transactional email is an automatic email triggered by an action, such as a purchase. Often automated emails are system-triggered by apps and websites (“thank you” emails or “reset password” emails.) Data shows that transactional emails are opened 8x more than traditional marketing messages–and today, they can be customized and edited with your unique brand voice and personality so that you can get more mileage out of them.

Start sending these automatic, business-critical emails today with our professionally designed, mobile-friendly transactional email templates.

Example

An example of a transactional email would be a thank you email that automatically sends to a customer following an online purchase for concert tickets, which includes the receipt and any follow-up data for the venue.
