B2C (Business to Consumer)

B2C commerce is the sale of goods and services directly to the consumer. This includes products at a brick-and-mortar store, items on an e-commerce site, or news content written by a publisher. This is a very different sales model from “B2B” (business to business), which focuses on the sale of goods and services from one business to another.
