Getting started with Creative Lab. Getting custom, on-brand images usually means opening a design tool, hiring a designer, or waiting on your team. Creative Lab gives you brand-aligned images generated right in your email builder, so you can go straight from idea to finished image.
To get started, open a campaign (or you can start a new one), click ‘edit,’ and look for the Creative Lab tile on the left navigation. Drag it to where you want your image. Tell it the shape you want. Then you can tell it to use a reference image or to just use your brand style. Then describe the image you want and answer any follow up questions to help guide the direction. Creative Lab automatically applies your brand from Brand Hub and generates the image. If it needs tweaking, give it feedback to refine. Once it looks right, click insert into email.
And that’s it! You’re ready to create on-brand images and banners for your campaigns without a separate design tool.
